Captain Steven Bitton has been an avid sports fisherman for close to 15 years. When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. I guarantee my customers fish. I will do everything in my power to keep my customer on the fish. I am always following the lunar calendar, surface temps and current reports so I can predict where the fish are and what they’re hungry for. I pride myself on operating a professional business and enjoy meeting different people. Your safety is my #1 priority.

The Slammin’ Salmon is a Tiara 3100 open. She is one of the newest and cleanest vessels chartering on Lake Ontario. Our boat is equipped with everything needed to ensure that your trip on the water will be safe and comfortable. The boat is over 31 feet in length and has a full 12’ wide beam to make it one of the most stable fishing platforms in its class. Slammin’ Salmon is equipped with twin 7.4L Crusader big blocks, hummingbird 1197c Si, Fish Hawk X4 Probe, Raymarine Autopilot, Icom VHF/DSC radio as well as several Scotty downriggers to get you down to the fish. The upper cockpit/helm area has lounge seating and a custom canvas top with a drop curtain to keep you dry on those wet days. The cabin has a full 6 feet of head room and is equipped with a full size head (washroom), air conditioning, microwave and fridge.
